Work Permit Request
In order to receive the initial paperwork for a work permit your should have gone through the interview and been hired because you will need your supervisor at your job to fill out a portion of the form that will be emailed to you.

Please submit the information below to receive the paperwork by email for a work permit. Please allow at least 2 school days (Monday-Friday 8am-3pm) for a response. A delayed response due to school closures such as fall break, holiday breaks, spring break, severe weather and/or summer hours should be expected.

Form 600 will be emailed to you. The form must be completed by the student, student's parent and the employer and returned to YHS. Once complete, you will email the form back to the YHS staff member that emailed it to you. The form will be reviewed and data verified, then Form 601 the Work Permit will be emailed to you to give to your employer. If you have questions, please email marcy.mass@yukonps.com
