As part of your application to rent a vehicle from Not The Regular One LLC ("NTR Rentals") and in connection with this transaction you have requested, you authorize NTR Rentals to obtain consumer reports about you for the purpose of evaluating your eligibility to rent a vehicle. These reports may include a criminal background check, your motor vehicle record and driving history (including license status, moving violations, and DUIs), identity verification, and related public-record information. You understand that NTR Rentals may obtain these reports from one or more consumer reporting agencies and from state motor vehicle and driver-record databases, and you authorize the release of your motor vehicle record consistent with the federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act (DPPA) for this permissible business purpose. You confirm that the information you have provided in this application is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge, and you understand that providing false information may result in denial. This authorization applies to this application and, where permitted by law, for the duration of your rental for the purpose of confirming ongoing eligibility, including periodic re-checks of your driving record. You have the right to request information about the nature and scope of any consumer report obtained, and to dispute the accuracy of any information directly with the reporting agency that supplied it.
