Healthy boundaries protect your well-being, preserve your energy, and help you maintain balanced relationships. If our boundaries are unclear or are frequently crossed, we may experience stress, resentment, and emotional exhaustion. This workshop is perfect for anyone who finds themselves overcommitting, feeling drained, or struggling to prioritize their own needs.
