Snail of Approval Winners exemplify the Slow Food values of "good, clean, and fair food." Please fill out as many of the below qualification sections (good, clean, and fair) as you feel are appropriate for this business or organization.
Please highlight how the nominated organization demonstrates "good" food (examples: uses local and/or seasonal foods true to their time and place; uses heirloom varietals and/or heritage breeds true to their evolutionary history; uses traditional foods true to their cultural heritage).
Please highlight how the nominated organization demonstrates "clean" food (examples:  uses foods that are organic or sustainably produced, in line with Slow Fish/Slow Meat/other sustainability criteria; uses ingredient/crop selections that do not encourage invasive varieties or over-harvesting).
