"The Better Half" - Your Thoughts

I’m currently working on my new book, all about living a better life after 50. I'm calling it "The Better Half"  because I truly believe that the second half of our lives can be even better.

In the book, I'll be sharing my personal experiences, insights, and science-based tips on how to make the most of your life at every stage. It's about harnessing hope, resilience and joy from midlife to the wisdom years, and it's so important to hear what areas are most interesting to you.

Here’s a list, and if you could rate them 1-5 (1 being “meh” to 5 being “I really want to know more about this”), that would be so helpful. I also ask: what else you’d like to hear about in each section. I value and appreciate your thoughts!

With much ❤️ Randy
