Survey of Reproducible Research Practices among Plant Pathologists
The Open Plant Pathology (OPP) community invites you to participate in this survey to gain understanding of the status of reproducible research practices among plant pathologists. If you agree to participate, you will be asked about your current practices related to organisational procedures, data management, analytical workflows and sharing of scientific information. You are free to skip any questions that you do not wish to answer. There are only 16 multiple choice questions. You won’t take more than 5 minutes to complete this anonymous survey - no name or any identifying information will be collected. Participation is voluntary and you may wish to not take part of it (please click on “I do not wish to participate” at the bottom and advance to next steps without responding). Once you take part of the survey all data collected will remain as part of the records and shall be used by OPP leaders in presentations, blog posts and scientific articles. You are encouraged to participate and help us to identify areas that need attention to improve and disseminate reproducible research practices in our field. If you have any questions about this survey, please contact Emerson Del Ponte or Adam Sparks at
