MAKE-UP POLICY: We offer a flexible make-up policy to be as accommodating as possible for our members. Space in our classes is in high demand with limited availability for you, your child’s, and our staff’s safety. We encourage you to make every effort to attend your regularly scheduled class. You must let us know you will be missing your class in order to receive a make-up, that way we can free up your spot for someone else to schedule a make-up. Missed classes can be made up within your enrolled season, space permitting. Make-ups may not be used to extend enrollment or in lieu of tuition. If you miss your class without advance notice, you will not receive a make-up. We do not provide refunds or credits for missed classes. As a courtesy, up to 5 make-ups may be carried over to your next enrolled season within the year. The Little Gym is not responsible if you’re unable to find a suitable time for your make-up. Please initial below. *
FOOD AND DRINK POLICY: To keep our facility clean and safe for everyone, we do not allow any food or drink inside the actual gym. We are a nut-free facility. You may bring food or drinks with lids into the lobby if necessary, but please clean up after yourself as needed. All children should bring their own water bottle with them. Children enrolled in Camp should bring a nut-free snack to their session(s). Please initial below. *
SIBLINGS, CHILDREN & ADULT VISITORS: Please bring only 1 adult to class and leave siblings at home, if possible. Babies in carriers or car seats are welcomed, but for safety, are not allowed to be free-roaming in the gym during a sibling's class. If the situation necessitates bringing a sibling or additional adult, they will need to remain in the lobby throughout class. Siblings are not allowed in the class. Please initial below.
*
CLASS OBSERVATION: If siblings or parents are present for a 3-12 year old's class, they are welcome to watch from the lobby or outside. Since a very important part of class is the development of the student/teacher relationship, we ask for your cooperation in not entering the gym or coaching from the lobby. If there are specific techniques or additional information that will help us to teach your child most effectively, please communicate it to your teachers. We love knowing what helps your child learn and respond the best! Please initial below.
*
ATTIRE: When attending class, your child should be in comfortable, non-restrictive clothing. Leotards, shorts, leggings, or pants without buttons or snaps on the midsection, along with t-shirts or tank tops are great gym attire. All children should be barefoot for safety. Long hair should be tied back for safety and spotting. Jewelry (particularly necklaces) should not be worn in the gym. Adults accompanying their child for parent/child (or caregiver/child) classes must wear socks inside the gym. Please initial below.
*
GERMS ARE NOT FOR SHARING: To ensure a clean and safe facility, all customers will be visibly screened for illness. If anyone exhibits signs of illness, they will be asked to leave and return when they are no longer visibly symptomatic. Visible symptoms include: fever, cough, vomiting within 24 hours, unexplained rash or diarrhea in the past 24 hours, pinkeye, sore throat, green and yellow nasal discharge, or generally not feeling well, or being lethargic. Please take advantage of our liberal make-up policy, and do not feel obligated to come to class when you or your child are feeling under the weather. Please initial below.
*
REFUND POLICY: The Little Gym stands behind all of its programs and encourages you to make every effort to continue attendance in your registered class. We are also happy to transfer class times if needed, space permitting. If you need to cancel your registration prior to the end of the season, the following will apply:

Tuition can be refunded on pro-rated basis for classes up until the 3rd week of the season. After the 3rd week, we can issue a pro-rated credit for future classes. All refunds and credits will be less any promotional discounts you may have received. The Annual Family Membership fee is non-refundable. All refund requests must be in writing. Please initial below.
