Aloha PAAC Club Officers!
We are excited to have you join our three-night, four-day LEAD Summit. This is exclusively for PAAC Club Officers. The LEAD Summit promises to be a whirlwind of learning, networking, and fun. This year we will be camping at
YMCA Camp Erdman on the Northshore of Oʻahu.
Oʻahu Clubs: We have three officer spots for each club at the daytime events. We might not be able to accommodate all three officers overnight, but we will do our best. We ask that the officers commit to the full programming during the three-nights and four-days.
Neighbor Island Clubs: We have three officer spots for each club. We provide your flight, transportation and accommodations on Oʻahu for the duration of the Summit.
Transportation to Camp Erdman:
For those in Honolulu, we will have a bus to drive us up to Camp Erdman. This is for students who would like to take the bus and who will be overnighting with us.
- Thurs. Oct. 10, meet at East-West Center, John A. Burns Hall, 1601 East-West Rd, Honolulu, HI 96848. Arrive by 10 am for check in. Bus departs at 10:30am.
- Sun. Oct. 13, depart Camp Erdman at 12:00 PM, arrive by 1:30 PM at East-West Center, John A. Burns Hall, 1601 East-West Rd, Honolulu, HI 96848, for parent pickup.
Accomodations:
Students who spend the night at Erdman will sleep in bunk beds in the “Lost” Cabins. There are 8 bunks in each cabin and each cabin includes a restroom. Showers are in a separate building and have privacy currents. Campers will need to pack pillows, sheets/blankets, and a towel. Beyond that, once students register, they will receive a packing list.

COSTS:
This year we are asking a modest donation fee of $25 per student for the Summit. Money should not be a barrier. PAAC can provide financial assistance waivers to students who request it (option to request financial assistance is at the end of this form).

Thursday, October 10: 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Activities ranging from engaging icebreakers to exploratory sessions on our emotions and global stances. Team building physical exercises will be offered through Camp Erdman.
Friday, Oct. 11: 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Deep dive into local and global issues. Learn from regional experts. Team building physical activities will be offered through Camp Erdman.
Saturday, Oct. 12: 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Explore leadership styles, peace leadership, communication, and GAP brainstorming. Service project at Erdman. Team building physical activities will be offered through Camp Erdman.
Sunday, Oct. 13: 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM
Final breakfast and takeaways. Bus to depart Camp Erdman at 12:00 PM.
This is an RSVP form for the four-day retreat or for attending the daytime events. This form should take no longer than 15 minutes. Please ensure that all information is accurate and review your answers before you submit them to avoid typos or misspellings.
