Parents/Guardians of all Springtown ISD students who will be riding the bus are asked to complete the following registration for our Transportation Department to process and assign a bus.

𝗢𝗡𝗟𝗬 𝗢𝗡𝗘(𝟭) 𝗔𝗗𝗗𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗦 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗸-𝘂𝗽 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗽-𝗼𝗳𝗳 𝗮𝘁 𝗮 𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀.**Enter the (OTHER) address if the student needs to be picked up & dropped off at a location other than the home address.*** The Transportation Director must approve student transportation to and from an address other than their legal residence and may result in a delay of service. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘇𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁.

𝗘𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
The State of Texas defines students eligible for transportation aboard a school bus ad, those pupils who live 2 miles or further from the school as  measured by the closest possible routing whether or not the routing is actual route utilized by the bus during daily operations.
      -Elementary students may have to walk up to 0.25 of a mile to a bus stop.
      -Intermediate, Middle and High School students may have to walk up to 0.50 of a mile to a bus stop.
Bus arrival time may vary 10 minutes plus or minus the designated pick up time.
Please make arrangements to be at the designated stop at least 10 minutes prior.
Students are permitted to have 1 assigned stop within their attendance zone.

#1 Be Safe By:
        Staying in your seat 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗹𝘆 at all times
        Sitting in your assigned seat
        Listening and following the driver's instructions
        Keep head, hands, and feet inside the bus
        Using a voice level of 1
#2 Respect the Bus by:
        Picking up all garbage and take it off the bus
        Keeping food and drink off the bus
        Not using tobacco/vape products on the bus
        Not throwing objects inside the bus or out the window
        Not damaging the bus
        By cooperating with the driver and/or monitor
#3  Respect each other by:
        Keeping hands, feet, and objects in your own personal space and keeping aisle clear
        Using kind words
        Having zero tolerance for bullying and harrassment
        All multimedia and cell phone devices must have headphones/earbuds.
