PURPOSE:  This award is given to recognize an individual, collegiate chapter and/or alumnae association who has made a special contribution to the National Fraternity or brought special honor to it.

BACKGROUND:  In 1948, the alumnae of Zeta Chapter presented to Theta Phi Alpha a cup known as the National Achievement Award.  Past examples include: an individual receiving the award for creating the fraternity’s first website, a joint effort by an alumnae association and chapter to bring a national hazing forum to their campus and community, the Centennial History book and leadership for the Fraternity’s LINKS Campaign.
