Referral for HS Writing Tutor

HS Faculty and Program Directors: Complete this form to request assistance from the Health Sciences Writing Tutor. Please be as specific as possible when filling out this request. The Office of Student Support (OSS) will facilitate an introduction between your students and our division's Writing Tutor.

It is important that you officially refer all students to the Writing Tutor through OSS. This will ensure accurate data tracking and analysis to allow better and more directed service development in the future.
