Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the Silent Auction crew. The Silent Auction crew monitors bids on festival memorabilia, and various other donated items. Proceeds from the Silent Auction support CityFolk “Folk in the Schools” and "What's in the Song" music initiatives.

Duties:
• Daily set up and tear down of auction items
• Creatively display auction items in an attractive manner
• Assist with the processing of bids for auction items
• Encourage festival-goers to place bids on auction items
• Assist with winning bidders regarding payment and pickup

Requirements:
• Must be 14 years of age or over
• Accessibility Standards Customer Service Training
• This position requires individuals to be flexible & energetic
• Willing to work in all types of weather
• Willing to stand for long periods of time
• Some lifting will be required

Assets:
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience
• Bilingualism
