State opportunityElevate Florida (currently accepting applications): Elevate Florida is a statewide residential mitigation program led by the Florida Division of Emergency Management (FDEM), designed to protect homes and communities by reducing damage caused by natural disasters like hurricanes and floods. FEMA Flood Mitigation Assistant (FMA) Program: The FMA grant program is a competitive program that provides funding to state, territory and local governments and federally recognized Tribal Nations.
