To set up monthly payments for enrolment, or to amend a payment amount, please read the terms and conditions below and complete the following form. You will then be contacted to confirm the details you have entered. To set up recurring payments you must have made a single payment using the Payment portal at www.springfit.org/payments. We do not store any of your personal information on our website, and will use the account information from the payment on the secure PaymentSense site to link the card details to the monthly system and activate your enrolment. This is why we ask you to identify your original transaction on the second question. You do not need to enter any further account details. Payments can be made on any date of the month you like, but will always relate to the NEXT month. Please submit one instruction per member. The reference on your bank statement will be the member number.
