2025 Event Space Rental Info

Dates are given on first come-first serve basis by who requests a date via this form first  

Coffee Shop Open Everyday 8am-5pm Community Event Space 6pm-10pm 

Our Cafe is open and serving our full coffee/food menu everyday from 8am-5pm. At 5pm we close and clean up for the evenings event. You can load in earliest 5pm while we clean up.  During the day we encourage small groups (12 or less)to casually meet inside and out. Our Outer Space is large and groups can spread out under our canopy of muscadine vines.  We have trails and a creek out back for some nature time.  Groups larger than 12 we would appreciate a heads up so we can make sure we are prepared for you.   (email wallerscoffeeshop@gmail.com to see if we can accommodate or to check that we don't have an event already scheduled.)

Our space can be rented from 6pm -10pm for any type of event you can think of ranging from concerts, birthday parties, seminars, film screenings, yoga classes, paint and sip, board game nights, poetry, teen nights, dance parties, band practice, weddings, rehearsal dinners, ect.  

We are a Community Event Space. We are not a venue/bar for bands to come and play for a crowd. There will be no one here that isn't specifically here for your event. With that said we can help spread the word to the community if you'd like us to. If you make a presale ticket link or a Facebook event we can add it to our calendar and let our social media followers know.

Event Space Rental Prices (not including Dekalb county 8% tax) : 

Inner Space 6pm-10pm $275     

Outer Space 5:30pm-9:00pm $375  

Inner and Outer Space $475

Use of our Sound System and Sound Engineer an additional $75 

Additional $100 fee for every hour after 10pm (inside only)

(We allow a free 30 minute clean up after event ends at 10pm)

Outer Space hard stop for loud noise at 9:00pm.

The rental price includes a barista/bartender for the duration of your event. 

We can send an invoice to your email or we can settle up at the bar day of your event.

If you choose to pay the day of - we ask for a $50 nonrefundable deposit that goes towards the final price of your rental.

We close at 5pm everyday and can have the space clean for events to start by 6pm and end latest by 10pm. (Sound needs to end in outer space by 9pm to be considerate of our neighbors behind us)

Our Inner Space can hold around 80 people seated and our Outer Space can hold 100+ .

We have sound systems we can set up for our inside and outside stages. 

We have a small projector and screen that can be used.

Our bar inside will be staffed and open during your event to serve Beer, Wine, coffee, and our full menu.  

If you would like to sell tickets or charge an entrance fee that will be your responsibility to create, sell, and collect tickets at the door.   Outside food and drinks discouraged but can make exceptions depending on the event. 

If you make a Facebook event make us an admin so we can help promote for you.
