Since we began bargaining over two months ago, we have always shown our intention to have real conversations about solutions to the City’s recruitment and retention challenges. We have not seen the City’s willingness to do the same. It's time to show that we are committed to our goals to Staff Up San Jose.

To get the best agreement we can, we need a demonstrable majority of you and your coworkers to be engaged.
