For students stressed about the SAT/ACT, AP exams, or finals and parents with too many balls in the air JCHS PTSA WELLNESS is offering a FREE half-hour virtual wellness workshop for families on Friday, May 2nd at 5:30 pm.
The Wellness: Whole Body and Brain Balance workshop presents quick, simple movements from educational kinesiology that optimize reading, writing, processing, and emotional well-being and boost test scores. Useful for anyone who's tired(!) and in particular for those who struggle with dyslexia, ADD, or test anxiety.
