Playtest Zone @ UK Games Expo 2026 (Friday 29th - Sunday 31st May) - Registration is now open
Thank you for your interest in bringing a prototype game to be playtested at UKGE2025.
======================================================================

Here is the procedure for this year:

1. (From now) Fill out your details on this form to register yourself and your prototype for the event.

2. (From 21.03.26) Designers who register for a 3 hour session will be contacted to give a donation to charity and when confirmed they will be given a link to reserve one session on the Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

3. (From 04.04.26) Designers who register for a 90 mins session will be contacted and given a link to reserve one session on the Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

These sessions will be reserved on a first-come-first-served basis. Designers will only be able to reserve one session, to give everyone a fair chance. Designers are welcome to book additional sessions in person at the Playtest Zone @ UKGE 2026.

In the last few years we have been booked out before the event, so please register as quickly as possible to avoid disappointment.

Volunteers: The Playtest Zone wouldn't be possible without our red-shirted volunteers. Anyone who volunteers to help out for a morning or afternoon session at the Playtest Zone will get a red Playtest UK t-shirt to keep and a free day ticket for the UK Games Expo 2026.

This registration form will close one week before UKGE2026 on 21.05.26. Designers who miss this deadline can still reserve any available sessions in person at the Playtest Zone.

Please check the www.playtest.co.uk website for updates and join the event meetup here: https://tinyurl.com/2x9e4cr7

Look forward to seeing you at Expo. Cheers, Rob (he/him)
