Other vendors are those who sell soap, crafts, pet foods or other items deemed appropriate to the mission of the market.

Please fill out the form completely. Certain questions are mandatory and you will not be able to submit the form without answering them. Once you have submitted this application, a screen will confirm that Your Response has been Recorded. You will also receive additional confirmation within 3 days from Addison Lively, the Market Master.

After submitting the application send the application fee of $20 to : BWFM P.O. Box 503 Bloomington, IN, 47402.

Applications sent after August 15th will be reviewed only if additional booths are available. A $10 late fee will be charged for applications not submitted on time or payments postmarked after August 15th.

List each location where product is raised (if more than one location, please include each location with detailed information). If additional locations/lands are added during the Market season, the vendor must notify the BWFM via email and obtain approval prior to bringing items to market using additional locations/lands.

If you wish to add additional products to vend during the Market season the vendor must notify the BWFM via this form: https://goo.gl/forms/hrsBCVTXIJQFcgJE3, or retrieve form from the Market Master, and must wait to hear the BWFM decision regarding additional products before bringing them to market.

There will be a mandatory vendor meeting in mid-November for reviewing logistics and policy as well as selecting booth spaces. Vendors will also be able to view the Switchyard Pavilion, our new location for the market. If a selected vendor does not attend, they will not be able to select a booth space and the Market Master will place them in an available space.

New to the market this season: the BWFM Board moved to no longer require proof of liability insurance, though it is encouraged that vendors possess it, because the BWFM holds insurance only for the market as a whole and does not protect individual vendors.

If pet food is being sold, the vendor must submit a Commercial Feed License from the Office of the Indiana State Chemist in order to sell pet food HOME-BASED VENDOR PRODUCTS MUST BE LABELED AS REQUIRED BY THE MONROE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT. Please provide copies of licenses, permits, and insurance coverage as required. Check each document you have scanned and e-mailed or postmarked to the BWFM.
