Possible nominations for NCSM Awards
Please complete this form to begin the nomination process for NCSM Awards.  The Awards Chair will email you the complete application for your nomination.

In 2013 the Kay Gilliland Equity Lecture Award was first established to honor its namesake and to provide a vehicle to annually recognize a person who exhibited the same kind of unique and dedicated contributions to equity in mathematics education. The Lecture series will serve to acknowledge and honor Kay's service and to promote the cause of equity in mathematics education. Please help us in recognizing a colleague who has furthered equity in mathematics education by recognizing current equity issues and confronting these issues in mathematics curriculum and supervision.

The prestigious NCSM Ross Taylor/Glenn Gilbert National Leadership Award recognizes those who have made significant contributions to math education, especially in the quest of addressing current issues and problems.
