The class will be suitable for most Mummies as it will be a Low Impact & Low-to-Moderate Intensity class for Beginners and up, something easy for everyone. My goal is to set up fitness classes for expecting Moms to come exercise and keep fit in a stress-free environment. Let's journey through our pregnancies with a positive, happy, and healthy life. Healthy Mummy = Healthy Baby. 😄
About myself...
My name is Vanessa (or please you may call me Vanny) and I am a Full-Time Fitness Mummy Blogger (@Vannytelly) and a certified Aerobics Instructor with FISAF (Federation of International Sports, Aerobics and Fitness). Am also a certified First-Aid personnel and a certified ACE Fitness Trainer. As a Mother of 2, I understand and have been through the stage of how many Mummies feel - wanting to keep up with their fitness & shape while being safe before, during & after pregnancy. At Vannyfitness, our goal is to set up fitness classes for Moms to come exercise and keep fit in a stress-free environment. Currently teaching & guiding Pre & Postnatal Mummies through Aerobic classes, and an add on of Baby-wearing Aerobics for Moms who want their LOs by them for the extra bond. We aim to provide Mummies with an array of classes to choose from. Talk about value-for-service! Come join us for a trial class and decide if this is something for you. 🙂
