HOTEL BOOKING FORM & SAYONARA PARTY TICKETS
Use this form to send (BEFORE JULY 31ST) a hotel booking request to Modenatur, incoming tour operator partner of the European Iaido Championship 2022 in Modena, and to book your Sayonara Party tickets.
You will receive a reply with availability of the rooms, and the instructions about your request confirmation and payment.

NOTE 1) A SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM ALL THE HOTELS TO THE "PALAPANINI" IN THE MORNING, AND FROM "PALAPANINI" TO THE HOTELS AT THE END OF EACH DAY OF COMPETITION ONLY FOR THOSE WHO WILL BOOK THROUGH OUR BOOKING SERVICE.

NOTE 2) THE HOTEL BOOKING REQUEST WILL FOLLOW THE RULE "FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED". IF NONE OF THE HOTEL OF YOUR CHOICE IS AVAILABLE YOU WILL BE CONTACTED BY OUR STAFF TO FIND THE BEST SOLUTION FOR YOUR GROUP.

NOTE 3) THE SAYONARA PARTY WILL TAKE PLACE IN A RESORT IN THE COUNTRYSIDE. THE PRICE INCLUDE ALSO THE TRANSFER FROM/TO YOUR HOTEL.

- afterdinner music entertainment (until 1.30am)
- the transfer service is available only for those who have booked the hotel with this booking form
