Terms & Conditions of AgreementBy signing this, I:
-Confirm that all of the above information is correct and accurate to the best of my ability.
-Grant J. Art Projects & Designs permission to design and/or print and/or ship/deliver my loved one's obituary programs.
-Allow J. Art Projects & Designs to legally bind me into contract, therefore keeping my acquired services with them only. (Any change in services will result in a $1-0 fee.)
-Honor that any deposits or payments made to J. Art Projects & Designs are NON-REFUNDABLE.
-Recognize all payments can be accepted via Cash App, Venmo, or Zelle, and that a 50% non-refundable deposit is due at time of service request (Remainder Due At The Time of Final Approval). Payment for Rush Orders are due in full, up front with all content.
-Understand all Information for an obituary must be turned in 3-4 business days prior to funeral services. Any orders needed sooner will Result In a $200 Rush Fee Added To Your Invoice.
-Understand, proofs must be approved by 11am, one-two days before the service. Any orders needed sooner will Result In a $100 Rush Fee added to the invoice.
-Relieve J. Art Projects & Designs from all liability for any errors recognized after the final review, approval, and print of programs, with the optional choice to remit payment for the reprinting and editing.
-Acknowledge out of town/state orders needing to be shipped overnight will be charged an $100-200 fee depending on weight of order.
-Consent J. Art Projects & Designs to use any and all pictures/videos submitted via email for design and publishing services.
-Accept J. Art Projects & Designs' copyrights clause and right to publication.
-Allow J. Art Projects & Designs to express this design in their social media and marketing advertisements..
