25-26 HOLD Membership Request -- SUSA Swim Team
THIS IS NOT A CANCELLATION FORM.
For special circumstances, SUSA offers a two-month hold on athlete memberships.  The benefit of a HOLD membership status is that your swimmer will stay active on their roster -- this means you will still receive updates and communications.  In addition, your swimmer will retain a spot on their current roster.  For further information, please see the Financial Responsibility Contract.  
PLEASE NOTE: There is no HOLD or Cancellation for Pre-Team Groups.
