*Selected musicians/entertainers/activators will receive a confirmation email booking their time and requesting an invoice. Additionally, a week ahead of the event, they will receive further details inlcuding detailed layout with their space positioning, parking information, and other key information *Please note we are a small non-profit organization and cannot reply to all applicants, other selected applicants will receive communications.

*Festival Location: Outdoors at street closures and parks in the Riverside BIA along Queen Street East between Davies Ave and Empire Ave. Main intersection is Queen Street East and Broadview Avenue, Toronto, ON.
*Rain or Shine: Event will be rain or shine - unless there are severe weather warnings in place.  
*Event Run Time: 12pm-6pm (performance slots will be assigned by the Riverside BIA)

*Permits: Special Events Permits & Noise Permits

*Canopy tent and nearby power access
*Staffing Support: Staff and volunteers will be on-site to direct and support during each event
*Promotion: Events will be promoted through various media formats and opportunities. Vendors are encouraged to follow @riverside_bia on Instagram & share content using hashtags #RiversideTO and 
*Media: Photos & videos will be taken at the events and shared on social media and other platforms. Please share any social media handles as part of this form so we can tag you whenever possible. Should you have an interest in speaking with the media for interviews or other opportunities, please indicate on this form.)
