Unless a special request is made, the building will open one hour prior to the start of your event.  Theatre seating will begin 30 minutes before the start of your event.

Event end times is when the actual performance or event ends. This does not include cleanup time. After the performance ends, we usually give 30 minutes of clean up time unless specified.

Fees are invoiced at the time the building is contracted to be opened, and concludes when the last person has departed the building (by the quarter hour).

Please note that for legal purposes, we can only allow pre packaged, sealed items to be sold in the space. Ex: a candy bar, a bag of chips, etc. Homemade baked items and things like this are not allowed.

If any of the above information changes, please contact Alexis Cuda right away. You should receive a confirmation email once the event is scheduled on our rental availability calendar. Alexis will reach out the week before your event as well with a layout of specifics and any further questions.
