Please complete this form if you need assistance with setting up a HAC account or adding students to your existing HAC account. If you have more than one student in NISD, please make sure to list all of their ID#s or names.  You must contact your student’s school in person to update spelling of names, addresses, phone numbers, or to add guardians.

If you have already completed this form, please check your email  (including your spam/junk folder).  Responses are sent out as quickly as possible, but may take 24-48 hours (Monday-Friday, not including weekends or school holidays).
PASSWORD RESET - the fastest way to reset your password is to click on the Forgot My User Name or Password link on the HAC website. If this is successful, you do not need to complete this form.  It is important that when you get the email from the vendor that you copy the entire link into your browser. The link is not always completely highlighted.
