The Student Information System is here to assist you with the Home Access Center (HAC) and will do their best to respond via email as quickly as possible - but could take up to 24-48 hours (Monday-Friday). Please understand the start of school there is a high demand and campuses can assist you with your HAC account as well. Please watch for an email from
sis_support@nisd.net. Via this form - we can assist with setting up accounts, and linking students that may not be showing up in your account. Please note - the same email address can not be entered on more than one guardian in the system. If you need assistance with items in the system that need to be changed such as : spelling of names, addresses, phone numbers , addition of guardians or any other registration information - these corrections must be done in person at your child's campus. Students - if you need assistance with HAC - please contact your Technology Support Specialist (TSS) on your campus for help.
Please complete all required pieces - if you have more than one student in NISD - please make sure to list their ID #s or names so we can best assist you.
