Please fill out this form to express your organization's interest in partnering with us at the P2C PLUS 2019 conference. You will need to read the Partnership Package attached to the email received before filling this out.

After expressing your interest, our team will review it, approve it, and get back to you with a phone call or email to finalize details. We will then send you an invoicing form which will officially lock in your partnership.

Please note that we have extended the deadline to Nov. 15, 2019. However, some opportunities have limited number of partners to sponsor or have so please submit your interest earlier to make sure you are able to get the opportunities your organization would like to have. Thank you!

We have various exhibit space options based on foot traffic stats. This year, we have revamped our conference space to have our partners featured in “The Hub”; a multi-use space designed to maximize foot traffic, increase interactivity, and enhance engagement between attendees and our partners. Each single booth is 8 feet wide, 5 feet deep, and 8 feet high. It will have one 15 amp duplex outlet and one draped 6 foot table with two chairs. Additional power requests will be subject to charges (according to the rates set by the hotel).

Each experience will include brand signage, a pre-roll video, and a 5 min presentation slot to pitch your organization's mandate to the youth and young adults. This year we will be carefully crafting a safe space where attendees have the opportunity to be prayed for, ask questions regarding their faith journey, and seek certified help during the course of the conference. If your organization’s mandate is in the area of Christ-centered recovery or care, we invite a few select staff to participate with us in this space by ministering to students. Please note that this will require extra screening of your staff members. VALUE: $299

What better way to start the New Year’s Eve Party than a special performance by a popular Christian music artists such as Propaganda (2018) and Kings Kaleidoscope (2017)? Our iconic New Year’s Eve Party is back! Complete with a DJ dance party and non-dance activities such as our mini-stick hockey tourney (back by popular demand), laser tag, karaoke party and rap battle (NEW), bubble soccer (NEW), board games, video games, and our ultra interactive and insta-worthy photo booth.
