70th League City Village Fair Vendor Registration 
The League City Lions Club is excited to announce the return of the 70th Annual Village Fair to be held on October 2nd & 3rd in 2026 at The Ballpark at League City (1150 Ballpark Way, League City, TX 77573 ). This year our club will again be working with Amber Carlson & the Sunset Bazaar to put on a high quality, vendor focused craft fair to go along with the other fun activities.

Please fill out the short form below to indicate your interest. Our team of volunteers will send you confirmation and an invoice once approved through ZEFFY (all proceeds benefit Lions Club charities). More detailed instructions about event logistics will follow in the coming weeks. Thank you for your continued support of Lions Club Charities! Your involvement in our events allows our club to give tens of thousands of dollars in scholarships and aid to local community members in need. Our motto is: we serve!

Registration Fees:

Commercial Vendors: $750 for front gate, $500 for midway
Food Service Vendors: $250 (very limited due to on-site restaurants) 
General Craft & Farmers Market Vendors: $100 
Non-Profit Vendor: FREE (can not sell items)

Event Hours:

Setup on Friday Oct 2nd before 4pm
Open Friday 5pm-10pm, Open Saturday Oct 3rd 10am-10pm

- We may limit the amount of vendors within the same industry, our goal is a high quality, fun event for all
- Vendors and three employees/helpers will receive free admission to the Village Fair
- Tent, Table, and Chairs are not provided
-Food vendors are extremely limited this year due to on-site restaurants being open during the event
