We will be accepting (up to) 32 boys and 12 girls teams to our event this year. All entries are timestamped, and we will notify teams as they secure their spot in the tournament. Once we’ve reached the allotment of boys and girls teams, we will make an announcement that registration is closed. Due to the limited number of teams, we ask that you only register a team knowing you have a 14 person roster who can attend, and that you can commit to submitting your full registration fee by Friday, November 10, 2023.
2023 Team Fee Varsity Boys and Girls, $1,200.00. Payable to: Sticks for Soldiers, Inc., memo note: S4S2023. Sticks for Soldiers is a 501(c)(3) per the IRS Code FEIN # 46-0962202.
All Team donation fees are due no later than November 10, paid by check(s). As this is a once-a-year charity event, in the event of a weather cancellation, team fees will not be refunded but will be donated to the honorees.
