Community Group Sign-up
Thanks for your interest in participating in the Coquitlam and Port Moody Farmers Markets! We are looking for groups that can contribute to the good energy, diversity, and health of our community. We're seeking non-profit groups whose efforts are intended to educate and inform the public, with a focus on the environment, agriculture, and health. The market will give you exposure to hundreds of visitors over the four-hour period that the market is open.

Our Community Group spaces are available free of charge to groups that meet our criteria (please see above paragraph). We provide one 6' table, 2 chairs, and a tent (if required). We ask that there be no fundraising or selling of products.

Community groups can also provide the market with literature about their organization that can be displayed at our Market Info Table throughout the season.

Our Sunday Coquitlam Farmers Market runs every Sunday from May - October in the SE parking lot between the Poirier Library (575 Poirier Street) and the Poirier Sport and Leisure Centre. The Port Moody Summer Farmers Market runs every Wednesday from June - October at the Port Moody Recreation Centre Our Port Moody Winter Farmers Market runs every Sunday from November-April at the Port Moody Recreation Complex (300 Ioco Road).

Please indicate your preferred dates for attendance. Community groups attendance is subject to space available, and community groups can only attend once a season. The more dates you provide, the better chance you have of getting on the market schedule! (*A market staff member will contact you directly to confirm date*)
