If you cancel prior to 48 hours before scheduled class:

We will offer you a refund in the same payment form that you paid in minus processing fees. 

No refunds or transfers are available for cancellations made within 48 hours of the class date/time.

​Additionally, there are no refunds for no-shows.  

Please understand that your money has been spent in purchasing supplies and paying our instructors.

​Quintons Crafthouse and/or Instructor may need to cancel class when enrollment minimums are not met, or due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.  Cancellations are determined no later than 24 hours before the class starts if possible.  If we do cancel the attendees will be notified by phone and/or email with an options of hopefully a new date and time or to receive a refund.
