Payment

Payment for all events will be requested at the time you are sent the booking confirmation. Details of payment will be included with the confirmation and failure to make payment within the required timeframe, may result in you forfeiting the right to have a pitch held for you.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations made with at least 4 weeks notice will receive full refund. Cancellations less than 4 weeks notice will not be refunded. Failure to give notice due ill-health etc are at our discretion. If you need to advise us of cancellation 48 hours prior, please notify us by our mobile numbers at end of form.

A full refund will be made if an events is cancelled by the organisers. As long as the event goes ahead, no compensation will be given in the event of adverse weather conditions, poor attendance or sales or in the event of any other circumstances which may occur outside of our control.

Paperwork and Insurances

Pitches will not be reserved until the application form and payment have been completed, received and checked. It is the stallholders responsibility to hold the relevant and up to date licences, certificates etc for the products they are selling and should be available at events.

All stallholders are required to have public liability insurance in place and we will request a copy with the payment.

Timing

We email set-up and clear-down instructions at least one week before the event. Please do not begin to clear-down your stall or cease trading prior to the advertised finish time without permission as it is unfair on other stallholders and visitors.

Property

All Things and Mice Events cannot be held responsible for any criminal activity during the course of an event or whilst your possessions are at the venue.

Permissions

All data provided for the purposes of exhibiting at an event may be stored on the All Things Mice and Spice Events system and database. By submitting your application, you are confirming that you have carefully read the Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them and give permission for the data to be stored.

Conduct

You must conduct business in a professional manner and that you do nothing that would affect the reputation of the event or interfere with other stallholders or customers in any way. We reserve the right to ask any exhibitor to leave the site who behaves in a way which we deem inappropriate.
