2022 Youth Service Week REGISTRATION

We are so excited to bring this program back and look forward to sharing the experience!

We ask that you do your best to attend ALL FIVE DAYS for the best experience and to be a crucial part of Our Fun Family Dinner we will be hosting that Friday, July 22.

PROGRAM DETAILS:
July 18 -22, 2022 (M-F) - on-site at Holy Redeemer and Off Site at nearby Charitable Organizations
9:30AM - 12:30PM - Friday only returning at 5:00PM to Serve at a FUN end of the Week Family Dinner Night!
Each participant attending the full week will complete 20 hours of service.

AGES:
Students entering 6th through 12th grade in August 2022 are invited to participate.

FEES:
$25 per participant - This helps cover our expenses for t-shirts, supplies and snacks
Payment information is at the end of this form.

DEADLINE: Please register by July 5th - the sooner the better, we want to have enough time to plan appropriately!
