Sales of ArtIf accepted, Wolverine Farm Letterpress & Publick House will sell pieces on consignment. 80% of all sales go to the artists and will be paid within 30 days of the end of the show.
Installation & Exhibition of WorkExhibitor is responsible for installation per Publick House instructions attached, dismantling and removal of all artwork, and touch-up or repair of drywall. Wolverine Farm reserves the right to refuse display of artwork unsuitable for display.
Contract, Inventory and ValueUpon acceptance, Wolverine Farm will present the artist with a contract and inventory sheet. The contract and inventory sheet must be completed and returned to Wolverine Farm prior to the installation of the artwork.
Liability WaiverExhibitor will be solely responsible for all injuries to persons, including death, or damage to property arising out of actions by its agents, employees or representatives, or by actions resulting from the negligent or improper installation, operation or dismantling of the Exhibition. Exhibitor will hold harmless the Wolverine Farm Letterpress & Publick House, its employees, directors, and volunteers from liability upon all claims for damages on account of any negligence, fault or default of Exhibitor. Wolverine Farm Letterpress & Publick House is not liable for any loss, theft, or damages that occur to artwork. It is recommended that the artist purchase Liability insurance and list Publick House LLC as an additional insured.
