ETE Ambassadors are individuals who will conduct projects related to and in service of ETE’s mission. This largely surrounds local community outreach, such as hosting various drives, fundraisers, and (if applicable) coordinating with the ETE chapters in their area. ETE Ambassadors are required to participate in a monthly online meeting to outline assignments, track progress, and receive additional support.
Service/SSL hours are available for Ambassadors. The ETE Ambassador program time commitment is largely dependent on what types of activities and events are conducted. However, we currently estimate a relatively low time commitment, around an hour per week. Of course, any ambassador who wishes to commit more of their time is absolutely welcome.
Equality Through Education (ETE) is a certified 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that strives to decrease the resource disparities within grade-school education. ETE helps provide students worldwide with the materials and assistance needed to succeed, through initiatives and fundraisers that include school supplies drives, AP/IB review book drives and distribution, care packages and build-a-backpack programs, online resources, and more!
