Nashua Indoor Holiday Gift & Farmers Market 2019 Application (& Winter Holiday Stroll Market on November 30th)
Thank you for your interest in joining our Holiday Gift & Farmers Market! The market will operate each Sunday from 10am-2pm from October 27th-December 29th in Downtown Nashua, NH at 201 Main Street. Please fill out this form, which is one part of the application process. Applications are due no later than October 11th. This market will be limited to 46 vendors, and will be placed on the first and second floor of the building. Due to the limited number of spaces available, space availability will be first come first served for product categories that are duplicative.

Accepted applicants will be notified no later than October 14th that they will be invited to participate in the 2019 Nashua Farmers Market. Additionally, accepted applicants will be required to submit no later than October 23rd:
-Certificate of insurance listing "Great American Downtown Inc and City of Nashua, NH" as additionally insured certificate holders.
-Payment in full for vendor space.
-Copy of licenses related to the sale of product, if applicable.
-Completed Nashua Environmental Health Department form, if applicable.
-Review Market Rules document, and indicate that you agree to the terms on this form.

The Nashua Farmers Market is managed by Great American Downtown Inc, a Nashua, NH 501c3 non-profit whose mission is to provide coordination, collaboration and partnerships that unify the entire Nashua community around a common vision for an attractive downtown that is vibrant, viable and truly reflects the character of our city.

Full Season, Half Season, Holiday Stroll Options
Vendors have the option of a full 10 week season, a 5 week half season, and the single market on the day of Nashua's Winter Holiday Stroll from 2pm-10pm. Vendors have the option of a 10x10 space or a 10x20 space. We anticipate 250-300 visitors each Sunday. The Nashua Winter Holiday Stroll is an event that takes place each year on the Saturday after Thanksgiving - and attracts over 30,000 people to Downtown Nashua, NH.

We will allow for a limited number of vendors to sign up for every other week starting either October 27th, or November 3rd. Due to the logistical challenges of scheduling every other week vendors, only the 10x10ft space is available for this option.
