Mentoring Questions
Here are the mentor program options available to you!

Mentoring Pairs
  • A one on one relationship between a seasoned Girl Scout leader mentor and a newer Girl Scout leader mentee. This relationship focuses on passing on wisdom and ideas from a leader more experienced in Girl Scouts
Buddy Group
  • A small group (3-5) leaders in the same troop level or neighboring troop levels. This relationship focuses on leading together, sharing ideas, brainstorming, and creating community with leaders in the same boat as you.
Both mentoring pairs and buddy groups aim to meet at least once a month.
