The Handcrafters' Village at the Clearwater Festival welcomes vendors/exhibitors that use recycled and natural materials, and crafts inspired by multi-cultural heritages that have a traditional, contemporary or fine art nature.

This is a environmental music festival featuring Crafts, Environmental Action, Dance Floor, Storytelling Area, Children's stage and activities, Working Waterfront offering sailing on the 106' Sloop Clearwater, Activism, Green Living Expo, Food and Camping for vendors and the public. Clearwater’s Great Hudson River Revival began in 1967 as music festival to raise funds to build the Sloop Clearwater, and evolved into Clearwater’s music and environmental awareness festival, Great Hudson River Revival, in 1978. This is a Zero Waste Festival.

Crafts are juried with rolling decisions.

Terms for vending crafts at Festival:
All work for sale in your Crafts Area space must be handmade by the applicant. If you buy/sell items please apply as a Marketplace vendor. The Crafts Area is juried by photos of your work.
-Work for sale in your booth must be handmade by the applicant(s), not from kits.
-Displays must conform to designated space.
-Location of display is solely within Clearwater's discretion.
-Vendors/Exhibitors supply their own chairs, tables, displays, extension chords (if electric ordered), and rain cover (if outside).
-Vendors/Exhibitors may change location only if arranged with a coordinator of the Handcrafters' Village.
-CD's, DVD's or commercially printed books may not be offered for sale in the Handcrafters' Village.
-Styrofoam packing materials and containers must be carried in and out.
-No balloons.
-Those who have ordered electric and are using power must use CF (compact fluorescent) or low wattage LED bulbs.
-7 3/8% Westchester County Sales Tax (.07375) is the vendor/exhibitor's responsibility.
-No portable generators will be permitted.
-Vendor/Exhibitor Participation is subject to approval by the Clearwater Festival. We do not guarantee exclusivity of products/services in any Vendor/Exhibitor category.

Registration and Set-up:
12:00 - 9:00 PM Friday, June 14, 2019
6:30 AM - 8:00 AM Saturday, June 15, 2019

Exhibit Hours:
9:00 AM - 8:30 PM Saturday, June 15, 2019
9:00 AM - 8:30 PM Sunday, June 16, 2019

CAMPING, MEALS, & SECURITY:

-Vendors are allowed to camp near their booth.
-All tents must be taken down and cars off the festival grounds by 8:00 AM on Saturday and Sunday.
-Campsites are also available in the campgrounds Friday through Sunday night. Some campsites in the campgrounds have fire pits available for cooking.
-Fires are only allowed in campground fire pits.
-Vendors/Exhibitors are responsible for their own food. Food vendors sell a variety of foods on Saturday and Sunday during festival hours (9AM-8:30PM).
-A limited number of RV sites (with electrical and water hookups) are available by reservation only and fill up quickly. Please call the Clearwater Office (845-265-8080) for details and availability.
-Clearwater provides limited "Peacekeeper" security and 24-hour first aid for festival and vendor/exhibit areas throughout the weekend.
-No pets are allowed on the festival site, except certified guide dogs.
-Display materials, tables, chairs, rain cover etc. are the responsibility of the vendor.
-Vendors may not give their space to another vendor without permission from the coordinator(s).
-Vendors/exhibitors may not move their booth space during the festival without permission from the coordinators.
-Friday: Park closes at 11 pm on Friday. Vehicles may not drive in or out between 11 pm Fri. and 6 am Sat.
-Saturday: In an effort to avoid traffic delays, vendor/exhibitor cars will ONLY be allowed on the festival site to unload until 8AM on Saturday, June 15. If you arrive by car after 8:30AM on Saturday or Sunday there is no guarantee you will be able to park on-site. You may need to park at the train station and take the shuttle.
Any vendors arriving after 8AM will be required to use carts and hand-trucks to bring materials on-site. All vendor/exhibitor vehicles must be removed from the site by 8:00AM. If your car is not removed by 8AM, the Parks Department will not allow the festival to open the gates for the audience.
-Sunday: You may not re-enter the festival site with your vehicle on Saturday and Sunday nights until a Clearwater coordinator has instructed you.
