Emmanuel Church takes the health and safety of its guests, members, and staff very seriously. As we navigate life together in this post Corona era, many protocols and tools have been put into place to protect the health and safety of everyone entering this building. The purpose of this form is to aid in any notifications that may need to be made in the event of an exposure occurring here on the campus.
