Membership Application / Renewal
  1. Annual membership of the Club commences from 01 July of the current year to 30 June of the following year.
  2. Each member must complete a membership application every year to ensure that all details are current and correct.
  3. Members joining between 01 January to 31 May pay a 50% pro rata membership fee for the current year (i.e. half of the relevant membership fee), thereafter full membership fees apply.
  4. New members waive the joining fee. Members whose membership have lapsed must pay an administration fee in addition to the relevant membership fee.
  5. Membership is subject to approval by the Committee who shall have complete and absolute discretion to accept, refuse or refer any application.
  6. In terms of Clause 14(b) of the Club Constitution, payment of any amount due to the Club does not in itself confer membership and membership is not effective until written confirmation has been received and all monies have been fully paid.

POPI Act 4 of 2013
In terms of the POPI Act, all persons must be informed when personal information is collected from them and the purpose for which it is collected.
The information collected is used to enable the Club Committee to communicate with members with regard to events and all matters relating to the Club and to maintain a register of paid-up members. The information will never be shared with any other persons or organisations. You may request a copy of your information from the membership secretary via email at any time.
All information will be retained for a period of eighteen (18) months after a membership has lapsed, thereafter all information relating to the member will be securely destroyed.
