UTAid Fun Run Registration Form

Your email and phone number will be used to contact you if any issues arise. We will email you a confirmation of your registration, along with another with run details closer to the event date. The paths of the routes are shown below. Each route is handicap accessible. These paths are subject to change, but will begin and end at the University Center.

PACKAGES
All packages include a run t-shirt and UTAid backpack. Late registration begins February 15 and t-shirts and backpacks will be given out until supplies run out for those who sign up past then or same day.

FOR TEAMS
If you are participating as part of a team, you will need to list their names below along with their email addresses. You will be the primary contact, and they do not have to fill out separate forms. Team payments cannot be split up.

If participating for a certain campus organization, list it below.
