Brookings Youth Impact Award Nomination
The Brookings Youth Impact Award recognizes students in grades 6–12 who make a positive difference in the lives of others and our community. This award celebrates youth who demonstrate qualities such as kindness, leadership, responsibility, perseverance, service, inclusion, and positive character. Three recipients will be selected each quarter based on their impact and the examples shared through the nomination process. Help us recognize the amazing youth making Brookings a better place by submitting a nomination today.

Nominations are reviewed in January, April, July, and October, and announced the following months. Nominations will remain active for the current year and will be considered during each quarterly award cycle. You only need to nominate a youth once.

This award is coordinated through the Brookings Communities That Care program, a community-wide effort focused on helping youth feel connected, valued, supported, and empowered. You can learn more about Communities That Care here.
