1:1 Coaching Application with Bríd

By filling out this application, you'll be put on the waitlist to receive 1:1 Coaching with Bríd. This 16-week program is an individualised, all-encompassing coaching experience. It's been designed specifically for the high-achieving woman who is excelling in most areas of her life but is constantly self-sabotaging around food and her body. 

The 16-week program is tailored exactly to your needs and journey - we can work on obstacles such as:

Feeling out-of-control with frequent binges after stressful work days.
- A never-ending battle with your weight. 
- Wasting energy and time worrying about your body and binges.
- Losing weight gained from binge-eating and yo-yo dieting.
- Struggling to be kind towards yourself and body.
- Stressing about food and calories.

This program uses Bríd's signature method to uncover the 'why' behind your bingeing, teach you healing modalities, and identify limiting beliefs and negative self-talk holding you back from the food + body relationship (and life!) you desire. Bríd will help you step-by-step to address your bingeing, relearn to love your body, and return to a healthy relationship with food. More than that though, the learnings and shifts you'll make throughout the program will transcend beyond just your food + body relationship - you'll see your relationships, love life, career, and confidence soar like never before. The level of support, accountability and guidance will be more than you could ever imagine.

The investment for this experience is £1,600 for 16 weeks. This can be paid for in one payment or 4 monthly instalments of £420.
