INDOOR SPACES:

Vendor fee is $250 + HST ($282.50) for all three days. Vendors must commit to all 3 days of the market weekend. Indoor vendor spaces are 9ft x 6ft. Vendors are able to leave their spaces set-up overnight.

We are only taking advance bookings for May Market weekends for outdoor vendors. If you are interested in being an outdoor vendor in April follow our Instagram page and we will be releasing outdoor spaces as weather forecasts become available.

OUTDOOR VENDORS
I understand that the cost of my OUTDOOR spot for the day is $75 + HST ($84.75) or $200 + HST ($226) for the all three days. I understand and outdoor space is a 4ftx2ft table provided by GVC or I am permitted to bring my own 6ft table. Cancellations of outdoor vendors are at the discretion of the Good Vibes Collective and the decision will be made up until the day before the market, and a full refund is provided if Good Vibes Collective cancels outdoor vendors.

This is a more intimate market style and therefore will have very minimal, if any at all, overlaps of product. If your product offering is already filled you may be a great fit for the market, but unable to be accepted for the specific weekend(s) chosen. This should not discourage you for applying again in the future.

Vendor insurance is not required for this market, but it is recommended. Vendor insurance can be purchased for as low as $13 per day with Duuo using our preferred link. The link is shared with you in advance of the market weekend.

Once payment is received, it is non-refundable. In the event the market is cancelled or postponed by the Good Vibes Collective, payment will be refunded.

Set-up instructions and set-up times will be sent to the e-mail or instagram account provided within plenty of time before the market weekend.

Please note that applications will be reviewed within 3 business days.

Good Vibes Collective is not responsible for any lost/stolen goods or injuries.

I am allowing Good Vibes Collective to use any images/logos for advertisements for the event/future events.

I am not to leave until the market finishes or have made prior arrangements with Good Vibes Collective.
