Before completing this form please read our Convoy Handbook, which includes our Safeguarding Policy and Code of Conduct.
To join a CamCRAG volunteer convoy you must
- Be at least 18 years old on the day the convoy leaves Cambridge
- Possess a valid passport issued in the last 10 years with at least 3 months unexpired from the last date of the convoy. If you are not a UK or EU citizen you must ensure that you have any other travel documents required for you to travel to France.
- Be prepared to leave Cambridge early on the Friday evening (usually by 6pm at the latest) and return on Sunday evening (we usually leave Calais late afternoon, returning to Cambridge by 9pm).

What happens to the information in this form?
All of the information in this form is required in order to make the convoy plan and to book accommodation. After the convoy, we will remove this information from our records, except for your name and contact details and the date of the convoy(s) you have attended, which we are required to retain for up to two years for safeguarding reasons.
