Utopia Opera will produce a characteristically eccentric concert at the Lang Recital Hall during the weekend of June 9th-11th, 2023. This concert will be nothing short of a party, involving as many singers and instrumentalists as possible, showing off the multitude of their talents in a variety of styles.

THE BEATLES - our soloists, choir, band, and orchestra perform an evening of Beatles hits and rarities, culminating in a performance of their final, nigh-on-orchestral album, Abbey Road. We would like you to dance.
MUSIC FOR FILM - a cavalcade of songs and themes written for motion pictures. Film musicals, title songs, anything written for a movie that carries a tune is on the docket for this orchestral revue. Goldfinger in Munchkinland... Purple Rain, ergo The Umbrellas of Cherbourg. Be prepared.
ROCK OPERA - the melding of operatic drama and rock music has a storied past — this evening will pay tribute to the great rock operas of sound, stage, and screen as well as any theatrical rock or pop hits sung by delineated characters. For a treat, some of classical opera's most hard-rocking moments will be given a hard rock edge. Violins and guitars will collide.
