If you are reporting a bug, please let us know what went wrong. If you can, try and be as detailed and specific as possible.

Example: While baking a wedding cake in the kitchen. At the final decorating stage, after the baking stages and decorating preparation stages have been completed the icing was slightly blue and should have been white. This may seem trivial and cosmetic but for the bride this is going to be a critical high priority issue.

Bugs - Part of the product does not work. Design - Visuals or text that needs to change or are broken. Data - Results are inaccurate or missing. New Feature - Something you think should be included. General Feedback - What you like/dislike, want to see more of.
Quick Summary
Area of the product (report, data, accounts, etc) impacted and type of impact. Example: Reports - Loading Animation Spinning too fast and makes me dizzy.
