Food vendors must have the appropriate Vancouver Coastal Health documents plus their Food Safe documents to attend event(s)

Should for any reason the below dates need to be postponed due to Covid, vendors will receive a credit. This is a non-refundable fee as funds are allocated in advance.

iMADE will follow all provincial health authority COVID safety guidelines at each event. Vendors are responsible for doing the same.

At this time iMADE does not accept MLM or cannabis businesses to its events.

iMADE TERMS & CONDITIONS
I, the vendor, understand that if my vendor application is successful, I agree to abide by the terms and conditions of participation as outlined below which iMADE has provided.

Vendors will be notified by email, from iMADE, if accepted.

Food vendors must have the appropriate Vancouver Coastal Health documents and their Food Safe documents on hand the day of their event(s). Food inspectors do show up.

Vendor payments will be made by etransfer or credit card. Once accepted, payment must be sent to within 72 hours of acceptance. Payment secures and locks vendors in for the event(s) the vendor is not considered 'accepted' otherwise. Fee is non-refundable. Vendors who paid with credit card will be given a link to STRIPE. Details will be in the acceptance email sent to vendors.

Vendor fees are non-refundable. If events are postponed for any reason, ie COVID, the vendor will receive a credit to future events.

if a vendor wants to change dates, there is an admin fee of $25.00

If a vendor cancels inside 20 days of the event, the vendor fee in non refundable, not transferable and no credit will be issued. Fees are allocated ahead of time for marketing, staffing and venue rentals.

If a vendor is found slandering iMADE, causing defamation to iMADE or another vendor for any reason, before or during an event, they will be removed and banned from all iMADE future events and may face legal action.

Once accepted, vendors are expected to help showcase the event through their social networks and word of mouth.

Vendor spaces are 6ft x 3ft with 2 chairs per table. iMADE does not provide table linens or any other items required to run the vendors tables ie lighting, extension cords etc.

iMADE does not allow vendors to share a table.

Vendors can purchase 2 spaces, if available, and they require more space. Please be sure to bring this to iMADE's attention if this is something you might require. This must be approved by iMADE first.

iMADE does not provide 'helpers' for the vendors. Please bring enough people to help you with your set up/tear down.

Vendors who have their own furniture/set up/table may be allowed only with prior written permission from iMADE. A floor plan is done ahead of time by iMADE and vendors must comply to it. iMADE must approve the vendors display to assure it fits within the space provided. If you do not inform iMADE of this, the vendor could be charged for extra space if not discussed prior on the day of the event. Vendors can purchase 2 spaces ahead of time if needed. Again, this must be brought to iMADE's attention before the event day and approved by iMADE.

Vendors agree to being photographed at any iMADE event, content captured to be used for iMade's marketing and event promotional purposes.

iMADE will provide all participating vendors with a set-up/tear-down schedule prior to the event. Vendors will NOT have early access to the venue and must enter the building the time iMADE provides. Vendors will be notified of their location prior to the event by email. Vendors MUST bring this info with them for the day of. All vendors are required to dismantle and clear their belongings immediately following the close of the event.

Vendors are required to remain set-up in their market booths until the close of the event.

Vendors agree to be market-ready at least 30 minutes prior to the public opening time. Don't be late.

I, the vendor, understand that I am legally liable for any negative consequences following the purchase or consumption of my products.

I, the vendor, understand that iMADE may contact me for event-related information.

Vendors are responsible for their own signage, cash float, lighting, product labels, point of sale device, collection of taxes, insurance, licensing, etc. Be prepared for the event.

All iMADE vendors are solely responsible for obtaining necessary permits, licenses, insurance, and approvals required to sell your goods at the market. iMADE is NOT responsible for any loss, damage or theft as a result of failure to do so. Vendors must be at their tables/booth the entire time of the event, iMADE is not responsible for this coverage.

iMADE CANNOT have any Cannabis vendors. You must disclose this information ahead of time.

Food vendors must have their Food Safe certificate and all health documentation on hand should the health food inspector come to the event(s).

If any government agency, court, person or commercial body orders the sale of your products cease, you will immediately comply with this order.

As a vendor, you will indemnify iMADE for any loss, fine, penalty, judgement, legal fees, and expenses reasonably connected with your failure to comply with the terms of this agreement or any liability, negligence, gross negligence or injury resulting from your products, actions, conduct, booth setup, display or trade activities.
In the unlikely circumstance that the event is cancelled, we will not provide any compensation for loss of income.

Failure to comply with the above terms will result in the cancellation of your application.

iMADE Agency and iMADE events is not liable for any damage, injury cause by a vendor, or loss whatsoever, arising from any cause, nor for any loss incurred by reason of failure of The Vendor to obtain such insurance or failure of such insurance to cover any loss.

Approved vendors must have small business insurance to attend an iMADE event.

iMADE has the right to change these terms at any time.
