OPI MTSS Youth Days Application, October 8-9, 2023 at Great Falls High, Great Falls 

What: OPI MTSS Youth Days
When: Sunday, October 8, 2023 starting at 2 pm to Monday, October 9, 2023 ending at 12 pm
Where:  Great Falls
AudienceStudents of all abilities and backgrounds from Montana middle schools and high schools and chaperones.

Travel Reimbursement: Each district traveling greater than 50 miles each way will be reimbursed, at the state rate ($98 + tax), for up to 4 lodging rooms and two vehicles.  If your school requires additional rooms or vehicles, that will be the responsibility of the school. . 

Lodging: The Holiday Inn Express has agreed to hold a block of rooms at the state rate until 9/18/23 for schools that book early.  Please call Alexis at 509-420-1016 to get your reservations made and use Youth Days as your event.  If you do not set up hotel rooms prior to 9/18/23, schools needing lodging are required to make their own reservations and will only be reimbursed at the state rate noted above.  Breakfast will not be provided on Monday morning, so schools are encouraged to book at a site that offers a complimentary breakfast.

Registration limits: Initial registration will be limited to 10 students per school, but note each school will only be reimbursed at the rate above

-> Once application is accepted, the primary chaperone [primary registrant] will be sent a link to provide student names and grades.  

Application closes September 30, 2023  or when the cap is reached. 

Note: Resources for this event are limited. We will give priority registration for this event to districts closest to Great Falls to save on travel expenses/reimbursements, but those not accepted this event will have priority registration for the next Youth Days planned for additional locations around the state.
